The Pasadena Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing “at risk” person:Missing Person: Gena Richardson, 46yo, Female, Black, 5’4, 210lb, Brown hair, brown eyes, scar on her throat and a gap between her fron teeth. Unknown clothing, possibly wearing UGG boots. Missing is Autistic and Bipolar. Last seen in the area of Greenwood Av and Colorado Bl at 2:00pm on 1/14/15.

UPDATE 1/17/15: The following message went out to the Nixle system:
A citizen flagged down LAPD Officers in the Southwest area of Los Angeles. LAPD Officers found Ms. Richardson at a bus bench safe and sound. She is being reunited with her family.
