Lots going on in the Altadena Community Garden  …

First, the Garden and President Silvera Grant are featured in “The Dirt,” an urban organic gardening magazine.  “The Dirt” gives a history of the garden and how it has become more diverse and successful under Grant’s long-time involvement.

Second, the Garden is also putting out the word about the Annual Picnic, this year to be held Saturday, June 27, 2015.  Ten bucks brings you good barbecue, locally grown food, entertainment, garden tours, and much more (under 5 years old are free).  For advanced tickets, contact Grant at silveragrant@gmail.com
