A longtime Altadena institution, the Daz-E Shop, celebrated its grand re-opening at a new location — its fourth — on Saturday, June 28, 2014.

The shop has relocated to the complex at 2525 N. Lake Avenue after leaving the Webster’s complex in January.

The shop, which sells household goods and used clothing, is a fundraising arm of the Philanthropic Educational Organization, which promotes educational and growth opportunities for women.

Saturday’s festivities were marked with a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Altadena Chamber of Commerce, commendations by Assemblyman Chris Holden and Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich.
