The Lake Avenue business district will be humming Saturday, May 23, 2014, with the first-ever Village Marketplace and Festival.

The event takes place behind Rhythms of the Village at  2279 N. Lake Avenue, from 8 AM-6 PM.  Admission is free.

There will be vendors, food, music, crafts, a drum circle, and spoken word performances, for the whole family.
