The February 7 event brings married instructors Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom—Los Angeles-based co-founders of online platform Inner Dimension TV—to headline programming that spans vinyasa and restorative yoga to sound healing and trauma-informed practices. The couple will lead multiple sessions, including a late-afternoon main-stage class called “Flowing Through the 6 Dimensions.”
“In my classes, you’ll learn that yoga is more than what you do with your body,” Eliot states on the Inner Dimension website. “It’s what you do with your life.”
Eliot, a world-renowned yoga instructor, meditation teacher, and certified Ayurveda practitioner, teaches “Chi Flow: Strong & Supple” late morning. Eckstrom, an E-RYT Yoga Alliance-certified yoga teacher and mindfulness meditation instructor, leads “The Complete Practice: Nurture & Flow” at midday.
The gathering runs from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and includes keynote presentations, panel discussions on wellness topics, and a Family & Little Yogis area with activities for children—all designed for practitioners at every level. Classes operate first-come, first-served with no pre-registration.
A marketplace features 125-plus exhibitors offering yoga apparel, wellness products, retreat information, and organic food sampling, with vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO options available throughout the day.
Arianne OM Traverso and Sandra Tribioli, who acquired The Yoga Expo brand in June 2022, organize the event. According to event materials, the pair bring “decades of expertise in yoga, wellness, and transformational community experiences.”
“Now in its 8th year, The Yoga Expo LA is evolving to highlight the future of yoga, wellness innovation, and conscious community building,” according to event promotional materials.
General admission tickets start at approximately $20 to $26; VIP and Ultra VIP passes offer early entry at 9:00 a.m. and additional perks. Children under 12 attend free. The Pasadena Convention Center is located at 300 East Green Street, with subterranean parking accessible via 175 South Euclid Avenue at a daily flat rate of $15 to $20. The venue is also accessible via the Del Mar Metro A Line station.
Tickets and information are available at theyogaexpo.org or sandra@theyogaexpo.co. All ticket sales are final.
