Today is 3-21, which in our community is World Down Syndrome Day, symbolic of the extra, third 21st chromosome of trisomy 21 (the medical name for Down Syndrome).  A shout-out to all our families today who live with and love someone with this condition, and especially remembering our friend TIm Borquez and our cousin Suzanne Archer, who are no longer with us to be part of this day.

Locally, the go-to places for information are Club 21 in Pasadena, and the Down Syndrome Association of Los Angeles … and see all the talented members of Down Syndrome in Arts and Media.
