Want to take Community Emergency Response Team training, but can’t make the time commitment?
Knowledge is power, so the Altadena Sheriff’s Station and the Altadena CERT are putting together a series of mini-trainings on disaster preparedness, with the goal to have everyone in Altadena prepared for when disaster strikes.
The first one will be Thurs., Oct. 10, from 7-8:30 PM at the Altadena Community Center, 730 E. Altadena Drive. Hilary Cable will present a power point on CERT and disaster readiness.
Members of the Altadena CERT Management Team will be present for a Q & A afterwards.
