OK, no battle to the death involved, but tributes age 11-17 are invited to a special “Hunger Games” afternoon at the Altadena Main Library, 600 E. Mariposa St.

Be on fire: form teams and battle in a series of games, starting at 4 PM.  The winning district will receive prizes including gift cards. Sign up at the Youth Services Desk.
