Found in Altadena, Female Black Lab, collar, no tags, wandering Maiden Lane above New York. She maybe 2 years, 50-60 pounds. Hey, crazy good outcome: I found the owner on Craigslist, he lives over in Glendale and only adopted her two days before Christmas, which is when she managed to open a window and chew through the screen. Somehow she made it to Altadena?! He sent me a photo by e-mail, no question it was her, and he picked her up this afternoon.

What a great way to start the new year!
