Scenes from Wednesday’s nights “Fète” at the Altadena Farmers’ Market.

Wednesday night’s Altadena Farmers’ Market was brimming with people as Pasadena Magazine was there to celebrate its “Luxe Life” issue.
Parking was a little harder to come by as the market featured many vendors, and demonstrations of everything from coffee roasting to knife sharpening. Chef Tim McIntosh from Le Grande Orange restaurant was there to tickle the taste buds with a cooking demonstration while “mixologists” from the 1889 bar at the Raymond Hotel were there to demonstrate new cocktail creations.
Market manager Joseph Shuldiner declared the event a success saying that it drew many people from Pasadena who otherwise would not have visited the weekly market at Loma Alta Park.
