The suspect was startled by the victim upon being observed leaning into the victim’s vehicle. The suspect entered the vehicle by shattering the driver’s side window. Suspect was last seen entering a silver Chevrolet HHR 4-door and exiting the parking the structure. Loss: black Garmin GPS, misc. currency.
