Buick goes Altadena in new long-form ad

Now the car companies have discovered Altadena ….

On the heels of the Audi commercial featuring Spock vs. Spock at the Altadena Town & Country Club, Buick has released a long-form commercial marinated in Altadena. The premise: Daniel Kent (Plow & Gun Coffee) is taking his friend Steve Rudicel (Zane Grey Estate, Press Restaurant, Institute of Domestic Technology) out for a one-day Airstream vacation, but not before stopping at Altadenan Karen Klemens’ Mother Moo Creamery and at the studio of California Bohemian Leather (Lance Anderson and Marisol Martinez) before heading off for some R&R.  It’s a great ad with great people in it.  Now we’ll be known for our food culture and car commercials …
