The Altadena Crest Trail Restoration Working Group meeting tonight sounds ambitious and serious.

Among the topics scheduled to be discussed;

• LA Vina litigation update
• Update on locked Pinecrest Gate
• Hahamangna EIR scoping meetings: what effect will proposed sediment removal options have on trail access and wildlife?
• Proposal being floated to construct a gate at the Cobb Estate, with possible closure at night
• County master bike plan
• Safety issues around the current detour that connects the Altadena Crest Trail to Hahamongna Watershed Park (it's where the horse fell into the hole last week).

The working group meets at 7 PM at the Altadena Community Center, 730 E. Altadena Drive.
