Gun Shots on Mountain View St. and Glenrose Ave., No One Injured

On Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at 11:36 p.m. Altadena Sheriff’s Station received a call of gunshots heard, and responding units discovered a shooting had occurred.

An Assault With A Deadly Weapon (Gun) occurred at Mountain View St. and Glenrose Ave, in Altadena. Altadena Sheriff’s units responded to the location regarding a report of gunshots. They were later advised two victims were shot at by an unknown person(s) with an AK-47 type weapon at the location. Deputies spoke with the victims at their residence and saw their dark compact vehicle was shot on the passenger side front door and driver’s side bumper. The victims said when the shooting occurred the suspects were driving a newer model SUV. The suspect vehicle drove south on Glenrose Ave from Mountain View St and out of view. It is unknown if this is gang related.
