Altadena’s Crime Blotter for the Week of Saturday, September 14th

Sunday, September 8th

Between 6:00 AM and 5:00 AM (Monday) – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 2000 block of Summit Avenue. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by shattering the window. Stolen: handicap placard.
8:40 PM – Frances Banuelos, 21 years old of Pasadena was arrested in the area of Lake Avenue and Atchison Street for possession of a controlled substance.

Monday, September 9th

Between 12:00 AM and 10:00 AM – A vehicle vandalism occurred in the 700 block of E. Woodbury Road. Vehicle damage: shattered window.
2:50 PM – An assault with a deadly weapon occurred in the 2500 block of Fair Oaks Avenue. Suspect were taken into custody.
3:39 PM – A commercial vandalism occurred in the 2900 block of El NidoDrive. Suspect was taken into custody.
Between 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM (Tuesday) – A vehicle vandalism occurred in the 600 block of E. Woodbury Road. Vehicle damage: shattered window.

Tuesday, September 10th

Between 2:50 PM and 4:30 PM – A package theft occurred in the 300 block of Mariposa Street. Stolen: dog food, over the counter medication, air filter and candy.
3:45 PM – A shoplifting incident occurred in the 700 block of E. Altadena Drive. Suspect described as a female White between 25 – 35 years old. Stolen: hygiene items.

Wednesday, September 11th

12:00 AM – Darin Robledo, 57 years old of Altadena was arrested in the area of Fair Oaks Avenue and Manor Street for possession of drug paraphernalia.
10:00 PM – Damon Caldwell, 53 years old of Altadena was arrested in the area of Woodbury Road and Fair Oaks Avenue for public intoxication.

Thursday, September 12th

Between 1:00 AM and 6:50 AM – A residential burglary and theft of a vehicle occurred in the 2600 block of N. Lincoln Avenue. Suspect(s) entered the residence via the sliding door. Stolen: currency and a red 2007 Toyota Corolla which was parked in the complex parking lot.
Between 12:13 PM and 12:15 PM – A theft of mail occurred in the 2700 block of Raymond Avenue. Stolen: several pieces of mail.
Between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM (Friday) – A vehicle vandalism occurred in the 30 block of W. Pine Street. Vehicle damage: paint damage.

Friday, September 13th

Between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 2200 block of Country Club Drive. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by shattering the window. Stolen: brown Louis Vuitton purse.
Between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 1100 block of Sierra Madre Villa Avenue. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by shattering the window.
