Altadena’s Crime Blotter for the Week of Saturday, August 3rd
Monday, July 29th
Between 4:00 PM & 6:45 AM (Tue) – A petty theft from an unlocked vehicle occurred in the 2700 block of Tola Avenue. Stolen: black wallet and work identification.
Between 6:00 PM & 7:30 AM (Tue) – A residential burglary occurred in the 400 block of E. Sacramento Street. Suspect(s) entered the residence via unknown means. Stolen: HP computer monitors, black printer, Vizio80” TV, and surveillance system.
Tuesday, July 30th
2:53 AM – A grand theft from an unlocked vehicle occurred in the 2800 block of Tola Avenue. Stolen: silver iPhone 6, red iPhone 8, and a Smith & Wesson 9mm firearm.
7:10 AM – A vehicle was reported stolen from the 400 block of E. Sacramento Street. Vehicle described as a silver 2012 Nissan Altima.
Between 6:00 PM & 10:00 AM (Wed) – A petty theft from an unlocked vehicle occurred in the 500 block of Crosby Street. Stolen: vehicle registration and currency.
Between 7:00 PM & 6:30 AM (Wed) – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 2100 block of E. El Molino Avenue. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by prying the door. Stolen: red Milwaukee speaker and a black Milwaukee battery.
Between 8:00 PM and 2:00 PM (Wed) – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 2500 block of Glenrose Avenue. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle via unknown means. No items reported stolen.
Thursday, August 1st
7:30 PM – A shoplifting incident occurred in the 700 block of E. Altadena Drive. Suspects described as two female Blacks between 20 and 24 years of age. Stolen: various cosmetics.
Saturday, August 3rd
Between 10:00 PM & 11:30 PM (Sun) – A vehicle vandalism occurred in the 200 block of Wapello Street. Vehicle damage: scratches to body of vehicle.
