Altadena’s Crime Blotter for the Week of Saturday, August 19th

Sunday, August 13th

6:20 PM – A commercial burglary occurred in the 2200 block of N. Windsor Avenue. Suspect(s) entered the location by shattering the window. Stolen: black Dell laptop.
8:00 PM – A petty theft from an unlocked vehicle occurred in the 600 block of W. Woodbury Road. Stolen: tree climbing spikes, leather work belt, and a rope.

Monday, August 14th

4:49 PM – An assault with a deadly weapon occurred in the 2500 block of Fair Oaks Avenue. Suspect was taken into custody.

Wednesday, August 16th

1:13 PM – A package theft occurred in the 100 block of W. Mariposa Street. Stolen: face wash.
3:00 PM – A vehicle was reported stolen from the area of Lincoln Avenue and Archwood Place. Vehicle was recovered by Pasadena Police Department.
6:30 PM – Jonathan Longtain, 27 years old of Glendale was arrested in the area of Windsor Avenue and Woodbury Road for transportation for sale of narcotics.

Thursday, August 17th

9:00 PM – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 400 block of Stonehurst Drive. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by removing the door lock. Stolen: various construction tools.

Friday, August 18th

12:10 AM – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 3100 block of Marengo Avenue. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by shattering the window. Stolen: black/white purse.
3:00 AM – A grand theft occurred in the 900 block of Shelly Street. Stolen: Harley Davidson saddle bags, seat, snap covers, Alpine speakers and amplifier.
7:30 PM – A petty theft from an unlocked vehicle occurred in the 1200 Sunny Oaks Circle. Stolen: credit card.

Saturday, August 19th

1:35 PM – Jesus Sanz, 22 years old of Pasadena was arrested in the area of Ventura Street and Olive Avenue for possession of a controlled substance.
4:00 PM – A petty theft from an unlocked vehicle occurred in the 2000 block of N. Madison Avenue. Stolen: black wallet, vehicle keys, currency, and credit card.
6:00 PM – A vandalism occurred in the 600 block of W. Woodbury Road. Damage: fence cut.
9:00 PM – Andre Oliver, 32 years old of Pasadena was arrested in the area of El Sereno Avenue and Woodbury Road for possession of a controlled substance.
