Sunday, May 17^th

No significant incidents to report

Monday, May 18^th

8:50 PM – Maurice English was arrested in the 2100 block of N. Navarro Avenue for spousal assault.

Tuesday, May 19^th

12:38 PM – A petty theft of a package occurred in the 3000 block of Calanda Avenue.  Property stolen:  credit cards.

5:00 PM – Daniel Munoz was arrested in the 100 block of Figueroa Drive for vehicle vandalism.  Suspect shattered the rear window.

Wednesday, May 20^th

12:30 AM – A vandalism occurred in the 100 block of E. Woodbury Road.  Suspect(s) damaged plants at the residence.

8:50 PM – An assault with a deadly weapon occurred in the area of Lincoln Avenue and Figueroa Drive.  The victims were standing in front of an apartment building and were approached by the suspect.  After a brief exchange, the victims walked away when they were fired upon by the suspect.  Further investigation revealed the identification of the suspect, Kanan Traub.  He was subsequently arrested on Tuesday, May 26, 2015, for an assault with a deadly weapon.

Thursday, May 21th

8:30 AM – A petty theft occurred in the 300 block of W. Mendocino Street.  Property stolen: black Altacal cell phone.

4:00 PM – A petty theft from an unlocked vehicle occurred in the 3200 block of Marengo Avenue.  Property stolen:  handicap placard, blue jacket, remote control, adaptor, electric razor.

Friday, May 22^nd

No significant incidents to report

Saturday, May 23^rd

8:45 AM – Edward Bencomo was arrested in the 3300 block of Tonia Avenue for spousal assault.
