8. Special Presentation and Public Comment

8.1. CSD Fences and Hedges Revisited – As announced at the March Altadena Town Council meeting, Los Angeles County Department of Regional Planning has offered Altadena one more review of the Fences and Hedges portion of the revised CSD before it goes the Board of Supervisors hearing. A representative from the Department of Regional Planning will be present to explain the subjects being revisited.

8.1.1. Public Comment All Altadena residents are encouraged to provide their comments and concerns to the Council via Public comment at this meeting or at the April 18 Altadena Town Council meeting. For those unable to attend either meeting, you are encouraged to provide comments via email to Diane Marcussen at diane.marcussen@altadenatowncouncil.org

9. Presentation Only

9.1. Further discussion of CUP 2016-001849 – CUP to allow the sale of alcoholic beverages in each tenant space. Plans include the sale of alcohol for on-site consumption in the 6 restaurant spaces. The six restaurant spaces will have either Type-41 or Type-47 licenses. The applicant plans to include the sale of a full line of alcoholic beverages for off-site consumption (Type-21 ABC license) in the 1 small market tenant space. Chomyn, White

10. General Public Comment: During the Public Comment period, any person may address the Land Use Committee concerning any item that is or is not listed on the agenda. The Land Use Committee welcomes public participation and input. Participants are asked to state their names and addresses for the record; comments are limited to two [2] minutes, or such time limit declared by the Land Use Committee Chairman in order to facilitate an orderly and timely meeting.
