Job Opportunities Announced at Webster’s Community Pharmacy and Meredith M

Do you have a passion for working with people and love to sell? Do you love books, fashion accessories, stationery, toys and games and have a sweet tooth? Or do you love fashion an have an eye for the trends? Are you a seasoned sales professional who loves to play dress up with customers and takes pride in helping them select the perfect outfit?

If you answered yes to any or all of these questions – both Webster’s Community Pharmacy (Webster’s) and Meredith M, anchor retailers on the emerging North Lake Avenue corridor in Altadena, are looking for qualified full-time sales specialists to join their team.

Webster’s is a full service pharmacy also known for its extensive gift department where buyers can find hard-to-find retro toys, candy, gifts, greeting cards, stationery, books, jewelry and fashion accessories.

Meredith M is now a go-to destination for affordable and trend-friendly women’s apparel and fashion accessories boutique that also features a selection of gifts and clothing for babies and toddlers.

Both stores are owned by husband and wife Michael and Meredith Miller, who used to own the Fair Oaks Pharmacy and Soda Fountain in South Pasadena.

Applicants for either of the two position categories should be highly dynamic, motivated, outgoing and personable and have a successful sales track record . They should also be committed to working and growing with the company, as the Millers are not looking for short-term employees.

The sales specialists in both stores would be tasked with maximizing sales volumes and attaining set sales goals through strong customer service, maintaining merchandising standards and attaining proficiency in all operational policies and procedures.

Applicants should also be available to work weekends.
