Altadena Chamber Power Breakfast: The New Community Standards District’s and You

The Altadena Chamber of Commerce presents a must-attend Power Breakfast for Business Owners on Thursday, September 14, 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Altadena Town & Country Club. Featuring Richard Marshalian, Regional Planner, LA County Dept. of Regional Planning and Altadena Town Council CSD Sub-Committee Member.

Now that the Altadena Community Standards District (CSD’s) have been approved by the LA County Board of Supervisors, the Altadena Chamber invites you attend this important Power Breakfast. At this event, LA County Representative Richard Marshalian, will review the new Commercial CSD’s. Richard will answer questions and provide insight into how to apply for building/business permits and navigate through the LA County Regional Planning Department.

Attendance at this event is strongly recommended for business/property owners interested in learning about the new CSD updates while planning for future development. Members of the Altadena Town Council CSD Sub-Committee will also be in attendance to answer questions.
