UPDATE 11:15 AM

Your power is on:   Southern California Edison (SCE) has issued a release that service has been restored to "all customers known to be without power" as of 6:21 AM today.  Crews will remain in the area to do cleanup work, and if you have issues, call SCE's customer service at (800) 611-1911.
