We've heard from several sources that the U.S. Forest Service will hold a "listening session" at the Community Center from 1-3 PM on Sat., March 27.  We know that part of the topic is the work on the Cobb Estate — Outward Bound members are working to cover trails that are not actually part of the historic trails in the area, but many hikers maintain that these are authentic trails and consider the modifications "booby-trapping."  USFS has not returned our calls seeking more information yet, but we will keep you informed when (and if) they do!
