Frank GIradot’s Crime Scene Blog, as usual, is on top of things.  Altho’ it appears a gunshot was heard, cops found the 19-year-old victim had fallen from a second story window.  The victim’s live-in boyfriend, Tony Evans Taylor, 50, was arrested on an outstanding warrant (for making terrorist threats against the victim) and will likely be charged with murder.  Awaiting for next of kin to be notified before the victim’s identity will be made public.

Update, 11 PM: LA Times says she was shot, and then fell or was pushed out the window.
