Lt. Joseph Dempsey of Altadena Sheriff’s Station reports that there were two residential burglaries Monday on the 1900 block of Homewood Dr.  The suspects gained entry in one by throwing a brick thought a side window, taking a television.  The second home was equipped with an alarm and nothing appears to have been taken.

The sheriffs advist: “Please be vigilant.  Pay attention to your surroundings and get to know your neighbors.  With the holidays approaching please take extra caution and pay special attention to your neighborhood.  If you see any suspicious behavior please call the Altadena Sheriff’s Station (626)-798-1131.”
