The Altadena Library will be celebrating Teen Read Week 2009 “Read Beyond Reality” from October 18-24, with two events for teens:

On Tuesday, October 20 @ 4 PM join in on our Come and Play! Gaming Event and challenge other teens to Rock Band® and other fun and challenging traditional games. Teens (13-17) make sure to join us for laughs, bev, snacks and an outrageously good time!

On Thursday, October 22 @ 4 PM join us for a screening of the the fantasy classic “The Princess Bride.” It is “inconceivable” that you won’t have a good time!!!!

The library will also have a special display of great science fiction and fantasy books and graphic novels in the Teen Area….for Teen Read Week!
