Gotten from several sources: a jogger was accosted Sunday by a dark-haired, bearded man wearing a tank top who began swearing at her and gave chase. She got away and called the sheriff’s station, who sent a patrol out but found nothing. Unknown if the guy lives in the neighborhood. Be wary and cautious when you’re out.

When I used to live on North Hill in Pasadena (near the Pas-Altadena Border) – there was a guy who looked like that..homeless dude..talked to himself at bus stops..and would often run after random people and yell at them and such.
Wonder if it’s the same guy..I’ve seen him all over Northwest & Northeast Pasadena as well as parts of Altadena.
He’s really crazy. He’ll come up to you and start talking gibberish and then, out of nowhere, yell at you…he almost smacked me once.
