If you can’t get away, it might be even better to look at vacation in a different way. I take a vacation every single day. I run away from home every day. Really! I go trail running. If it is midnight I might go running through the streets. Talk radio, music, or timing my fastest or longest distance is my company. I come back, and the natural endorphins that gets released are better than any drug can do. Every single day of your life—-take a vacation. Yes, work hard. But a daily endorphin drop from hard exercise, will make your life a vacation.
Well, we’re moving over the next few weeks. Can’t move ourselves in until 8/1, so, every day we’ll find something we can move over to our new home. Having an Estate sale next Sat. 8/20 since our new home is about 8,000 sq. feet less than our current home AND the rooms are smaller so what we have doesn’t fit; yet, like fortified above, I get out walking either streets or trail… still holding classes/groups in fitness and weight-loss; and, hopefully, we’ll be able to get up to a client’s cabin up in Big Bear for a couple of days ~ soon!
Whatchu up to, Tim?
