The Arroyo Food Co-op’s Indiegogo fundraiser is almost at its goal, but just needs a little over $1,000 by Friday to put it over the top.

The co-op is looking to raise at least $10,000 to help prepare its market building at 494 N. Wilson Avenue in Pasadena.  It opened a crowdfunding effort through Indiegogo a month ago, and it wants to reach (if not surpass) its goal by the Sept. 13 deadline.

Contribution levels for the campaign range from $1 to $1,000 and each level includes a “thank you” perk—everything from a Co-op bumper sticker to bags of a special AFC roasted coffee to a locavore dinner for two with a local chef.
