Ready to go with fingers, picks and bow — it’s Wreck N Sow

Local favorites Wreck N Sow brought their instruments, overalls, and sense of humor to the Farnsworth Park Concert Series Saturday night in a program of alt/folk/country fun.
The band – Andre Dupuy, Pierre Dupuy, Randy Cochran, and Mike Stave — sang and played to an appreciative picnic crowd.
Master of ceremonies Bob Klomburg also straightened out that, while LA County has ten amphitheaters in its parks, most of them are just a flat spot in the landscape — only three of them (Farnsworth Park, the John Anson Ford Theater, and some little venue in Hollywood whose name escapes us at the moment) are actual theaters with seats and everything.
You know it was a good concert when the last thing they said was a list of upcoming dates and “read about it in the ‘blog.”
A few of the numbers got the crowd up and dancing.
