Look, a school that’s doing things correctly and following proper process! Oh, wait, they’re a charter, not private. Still, it can be done.

I have had several conversations with parents who have kids that attend that school and they LOVE IT. Why can’t this formula be copied for our very own public schools.
Can someone also tell me what is going on with the track at Eliot Junior High? I went there last night and the whole thing is dug up. The Pasadena Running Roses were practicing and those poor kids were basically running an obstacle course with the ditches, holes and dirt.

We’re parents that are lucky enough to have a child at Aveson. We are so happy to be part of the Aveson community. I cannot say enough positive things about this school. By the way, has anyone compared Aveson’s first year test scores against the rest of the district? They just might be on to something…

Hmmm, read the comments about the test scores. Not fair to Pasadena Unified, as Aveson has few or no ESL students which makes up much of PUSD. How did they manage that on a lottery system?? Also, according to another Aveson parent, the school did NOTHING but test prep for 2MONTHS before the test. Not too impressive.
