The Pasadena Summer Youth Chamber Orchestra (PSYCO) has a free concert in Levitt Pavilion, Memorial Park in Pasadena, at 6 PM, Tuesday, July 31.

Marvin Neumann and Chad Prado conduct the college/high school string orchestra.
