Former Assemblyman Anthony Portantino will sign off his term in office with a final annual Holiday Open House and Community Appreciation at the Armory Center for the Arts, 145 N. Raymond Ave., Pasadena, on Fri., Dec. 7, from 6:30-8:30 PM.
