The Altadena Farmer’s Market continues Wednesday, April 10, with a little something extra: Pasadena Magazine’s “Fète at the Farmer’s Market” with cooking demonstrations from La Grande Orange Café, and cocktail demonstrations from the mixologiest of the 1886 Bar at the Raymond. The Institute of Domestic Technology will also feature jam-making and coffee-roasting demos, as well as live music, raffles, and more (for cocktails you must reserve:: rsvp@pasadenarose.com. IDs wil be checked). The fete starts at 5 PM.
But you don’t have to reserve to go to the market, where newer vendors include GypsyEats (Persian/Indian-inspired food) and Sticky Rice (see this rave from the LA Weekly).
The Altadena Farmers’ Market is held Wednesdays from 4-7 PM at Loma Alta Park.
