Author Nat B. Read reveals the amazing tale of the “pioneer, beaver trapper and trader, grizzly bear hunter, Indian fighter, justice of the peace, farmer, rancher, politician, horticulturalist, vinter, real estate entrepreneur, and one of the great landholders in Southern California,” Don Benito Wilson.  This is a joint presentation of the Altadena Historical Society and Friends of the Altadena Library, and it will take place at the Community Center, 730 E. Altadena Dr., starting at 7:30 PM.
