The license plate of the small truck is: 4G49413 (black letters on white with what appears to be a beat up “Ventura” license plate frame) The license of the large truck is: 8A93709 (with “California” at the top in red cursive font) There is even a phone number on the bumper of the large truck offering “hauling services” (how ironic): 626.219.3425

“Mothership scavengers” operating in the Meadows

We’ve been getting reports from the news groups about “scavenger theft” — thieves who enter private yards to load their trucks with whatever is not nailed down (pipes, ladders, barbecue grills, etc.), who later offload their booty onto a “mothership,” — a larger truck parked away from the site of the raid. The large truck then hauls the booty away.
One sharp neighbor managed to take pictures and write a description of the trucks. If you see them, call the sheriff’s station.
