How did we miss this? The paranormal website The Vike Factor reports a red spherical object was sighted hovering over Altadena from 11 PM to 1 AM on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning this week. Yikes!
Gail Murphy at RIPE Altadena tells us that they can squeeze a few more into the Square Foot Gardening Class (sorry, we couldn’t resist), to be held Sunday from 2-5 PM. More information here.
SGV Tribune (sister to PSN, in the family of the world’s slowest-loading websites) has an editorial about putting a national park in the Rim of the Valley area (they’re agin’ it, we think) but it’s a good reminder that the public is invited to comment on Tues, Oct. 5, from 7-9 p.m. at the Northeast Valley City Hall, 7747 Foothill Blvd., in Tujunga, and on Wed., Oct. 6, from 7-9 PM. at Farnsworth Park’s Davies Building.
