Choppers in the air about 7 AM Friday morning, looking for a missing hiker.
UPDATE: City News Service is reporting that a 19 year old Arcadia woman was missing overnight in near-freezing temperatures, and was located this morning and flown out by helicopter about 7:40 AM. Per the scanner, she was flown to Huntington Memorial Hospital.

I love it that you know just about everything happening around town. My son and I were looking up at that helicopter on our way to school and wondering what it was looking down at. Now we know! Weird, though, that they’re looking for a hiker so early in the morning. Does that mean he/she has been lost since yesterday and was out there overnight in the cold?! CRAZY!
