The Bob Lucas Branch Library, 2659 N. Lincoln Ave. , will hold a meeting in English and Spanish on the “Affordable Care Act and You” this Wednesday, Oct. 16.  Lean about the health insurance marketplace and your new coverage options, and where to receive services in the Altadena/Pasadena area.
