I think they should look into purchasing the Jims Burger across the street and turning it into a well lit, well landscaped parking lot to serve the retail/grocery store component of the center. That might solve some of the parking issues. They should only attempt this though if they can get a handle on crime (we dont want to make a nice hangout for local hooligans!).
