The final Altadena Farmers’ Market of 2013 will be held today, from 3-7 PM at Loma Alta Park, 600 W. Palm Street. The market will be closed the following two Wednesdays, Dec. 25 (Christmas) and Jan. 1 (New Year’s Day), but will return at the same time on Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014.
