The LUC continued the AT&T Cell Phone Tower Conditional Use Permit located at the Lincoln Ave Reservoir site (Fair Oaks and Loma Alta) from its June meeting.  The applicant's representative requested the item be continued to the October meeting.   The applicant is in the process of evaluating an alternative site for this Cell Tower and is currently investigating this location.
