Kundalini Yoga classes are starting up at Farnsworth Park in the Davies Building on Wednesday nights, starting June 20 from 7:30-9 PM.  Lauren Heller, a certified yoga instructor, says that Kundalini Yoga consists of simple yogic tenchicques that can be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of age or physical ability.
