Update 10 PM: We cornered Sheriff Capt. Roosevelt Blow at Farnsworth Park concert tonight — he says everything’s in the hands of sheriff’s homicide investigators and he can’t say anything.

Update 11:50 PM: Whittier Daily News is reporting that the victim is Michael De La Torre, 19, of Pasadena.
