That was the car that rolled to the report of a burglary at 2656 Glenrose at about 8 AM Tuesday morning. According to Sheriff Capt. Roosevelt Blow, deputies found two young male Hispanic men outside a garage unloading what was found to be 15 kilos of marijuana into a concealed storage space inside a van.
The men fled the scene, but a third man found inside the garage, Antonio Gaeta, was arrested and charged wih possession of marijuana for sale.
As the deputies were processing the crime scene, a passing car triggered the license plate reader alarm. Deputies pursued and took into custody two female juveniles driving that car, which had been reported stolen in Sierra Madre the day before. Sierra Madre police are handling that case.
