Party Time Faces owner Katherine Oschin Rodriguez is having a free face painting event tomorrow, April 10, from 4-6 PM. 

Local face painters will be getting together to practice their skills in designs and are looking for children and adults who want to be painted. The event will be at 200 East  Loma Alta Drive.  RSVP to
