Personally, this is my favorite arial fireworks display in Southern California. It seems to still be hand lit, not computerized, small townish with lots of really good individual shells that can be seen and enjoyed by us affecionados.

There is enough stuff in the air to be exciting and interesting, but not so much stuff that you cant see the individual shells for the wonders they are.

If it ever bothers to open, the Wings Cafe actually is the best place to view the shells. They are perfectly framed there and there is no crowd, so you could when it was open, relax in comfort, eat dessert, and get a great view of the fireworks.
