La Canada Flintridge
The La Canada Flintridge Loop Trail around the city, first envisioned by
Clem Glass in the early 1970s, will soon come a giant step closer to reality.
Please join us to celebrate the dedication of the Descanso Trail segment of
the Loop Trail, a day many trail activists thought would never come! With the
completion of the Indiana Overcrossing over the freeway and the Descanso
Trail, there are only two short segments of the Loop Trail still unfinished which
should be completed in the next year or two.
Please join us to thank Supervisor Mike Antonovich, the LCF City Council and
staff, and the LA County Parks and Recreation Department. Without their
leadership and hard work, the trail which has been a dream for almost 40 years
would still be only that!
