Altadenan Ramses Barden, a senior at Cal Poly SLO and receiver for the Mustangs, has opted to play in the Senior Bowl. Says the SLO Tribune:
The Cal Poly senior receiver will be the first-ever Mustang to play in the Senior Bowl after opting out of his previous commitment to play in the East-West Shrine Game, which will be held Jan. 17 in Houston, Tex.
The Under Armour Senior Bowl will be played in Mobile, Ala. and is scheduled to be televised on the NFL Network at 4 p.m. on Jan. 24. The annual event features the country’s best senior NFL Draft prospects.
