First, Lori Webster of Webster’s Fine Stationers emails us about Bear:

Bear

One of our good customers has lost their dog.  His name is Bear and is a 6 yr old Corgi.  He’s very friendly and is probably freaked out by the storm.  His owner’s name is Ruth Factor and you can have people contact the store directly if they see him. He was lost somewhere in the vicinity of Mariposa & Lake.

You can call Webster’s at 626-797-1135.

Next, Renee Walker from the Casitas and west Mariposa vicinity:

One of my rescue cats got out this morning- He’s a BIG, long haired black kitty named Tiny, and he’s really scared. I’m concerned that he may not come back, so if anyone sees him could you please let me know? You can email or better yet call if you can (626) 840-5893 cell or (626) 794-4306 home. Thanks a lot- I am feeling REALLY badly and am very worried about him.

And finally, this guy:

Oldguy The attached dog (long hair, white, with brown spots) was found cold and wet in the vicinity of W. Loma Alta and Fair Oaks in Altadena about 7:45pm on Thursday, January 21, 2010. Dog has a collar, but no tags, and appears to the untrained eye to be a ‘senior.’ S/he is safe, warm, and will be cared for until owners can be located.

I can be reached at 626.794.7917 evenings, 818.393.3530 days, or 626.831.1656 cell.

Thank you.

Laura Thompson
